We are expanding our investment team and we are looking for
a qualified Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join us!

Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks, but not
limited to:
• Lead business development efforts through client pitches, proposals, market research,
sector dynamics, transactional activities relevant to potential clients and frontier markets,
and thought leadership initiatives aligning with the SFP’s strategic directions and priorities;
• Lead client engagement delivery both corporate and investment advisory services
including managing end-to-end execution of business expansion strategies, corporate
strategic directions, and strategic business improvement plans;
• Lead corporate finance mandates including M&A, capital raising (debt & equity),
restructurings, and relevant strategic advisory engagement;
• Manage deal structuring, and participate in negotiations with investors, lenders, buyers,
sellers, and other stakeholders;
• Perform financial modelling & valuation (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions), as
well as review and direct the investment analyses prepared by the investment team;
• Prepare transaction materials and contribute to high-quality investment memoranda, pitch
decks, information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations;
• Conduct due diligence, and coordinate financial, commercial, and legal due diligence
processes, acting as the central point between clients and external advisors, including risk
management & compliance to ensure transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory
requirements, and professional standards;
• Team leadership & mentoring the analysts and associates, ensuring technical excellence,
timely delivery, and professional growth;
• Ensure high professional client relationship management, represent the SFP in the markets,
and providing strategic advice to maintain long-term client relationships; and
• Perform other tasks assigned by Managing Partner.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, Business or other related field;
  • Minimum three years of experience working in finance, investment banking or corporate finance or corporate/business advisory;
  • Financial modeling skills is a must;
  • Self-motivated individual with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability;
  • Excellent command of English language is mandatory;
  • Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint;
