Fiona Whyte is a senior governance, regulatory, and business advisory professional with 25+ years of experience across financial services, public sector regulation, international development, and sustainable finance, and has served on boards in both New Zealand and Cambodia since 2013.

Based in New Zealand, Fiona works with businesses, financial institutions, boards, and development organisations to strengthen governance, improve strategic decision-making, and support sustainable and inclusive growth. Her experience spans commercial banking, regulatory engagement, climate risk, sustainability related investment, stakeholder management, and organisational capability building.  

Fiona currently serves as an independent board member and Chairs the Audit Committee for a Cambodian commercial bank. Her advisory approach combines strong governance discipline with practical commercial insight, helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen operational and financial performances.

Mr. Tilen has 20+ years experience in financial sectors at Commercial Banks, Microfinance Deposit-Taking Institutions (MDI), and Financial Leasing Industries and served as General Manager, Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer, and Head Departments. He was a Board Member of Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) and Chairman of Financial Leasing Club. He holds Master in Management from Burapha University, recognized as Chartered Banker by Experience by the UK’s Chartered Banker Institute, and completed Organizational Leadership program from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Puthineat has 5-years working experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, including the last nearly three years experience with KPMG Cambodia, Co. Ltd. as a Senior Auditor. Puthineat holds dual degrees in Accounting & Finance, and International Economics, and is currently pursuing MA in Financial Analysis at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia.
