Sarak has 23-years working experience, including 15-year experience including the last 15 years with International Finance Corporation (IFC) of The World Bank Group in Cambodia and the Mekong region, in investment and corporate advisory, agribusiness, and private sector development.

Sarak was appointed as IFC Country Head for Cambodia from 2014 to 2019, where he managed senior relationships with the Government counterparts, development partners, and local and international corporate firms across key industries including agribusiness, food financial, transports, and PPPs sectors. Under his regional role as Agribusiness Advisory Lead for Cambodia and Myanmar from 2018 to 2022, Sarak has led a number of successful advisory engagements with local SME firms to prepare their investment-readiness through improved productivity, efficiency, and development impacts.

Sarak is also currently serving as an Independent Director at BSF Finance Cambodia, and a Rating Committee Member at Rating Agency of Cambodia (RAC), and a Corporate Advisor for a number of local and international firms.

Vathana brings along almost 30-year experiences in finance, banking, investment, and public and private sector development, including 10 years as Senior Access to Finance Expert with International Finance Corporation (IFC) of The World Bank Group in Cambodia before he landed in his current role as corporate and investment advisor

Vathana has extensive experiences in developing corporate and business strategies, project feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and bank lending. In addition, Vathana has broad expertise in risk sharing facility structuring, fund designment and management, corporate governance, and financial infrastructure development.

Vathana is also currently serving as an Independent Director at Hatha Bank, Agriculture and Rural Development (ARDB) Bank, and an Advisor for a number of local and international firms, including IFC/World Bank.

Vathana obtained a Bachelor Degree in economics from the Institute of Economics, Cambodia, and a Master Degree in Financial Management from Central Queensland University, Australia.

Puthineat has four-years working experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, including the last nearly three-year experience with KPMG Cambodia, Co. Ltd. as a Senior Auditor. Puthineat holds dual degrees in Accounting & Finance from CamEd, and in International Economics from Institute for International Studies and Public Policy, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
